High-Risk Trading Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. You trade entirely at your own risk. Tradgovernor is a risk-management tool that enforces discipline rules on your account — it does not provide financial advice, does not guarantee profits, and cannot prevent all losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tradgovernor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tradgovernor connects to your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account through a third-party provider (MetaApi) and automatically enforces a set of risk rules configured by your mentor — including a daily drawdown kill-switch, lot-size cap, break-even automation, daily trade limit, mandatory stop loss, stop-loss protection, and pending-order clearout. The Service monitors and acts on your account; it is not a signal service, money manager, or broker.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may connect up to two MT5 accounts per subscription.
4. MT5 Credentials
To enforce rules, the Service requires your MT5 account number, server, and a password with trading rights. Passwords are encrypted before storage and are used solely to monitor and manage your connected account via MetaApi. You authorise Tradgovernor to place and modify orders on your connected account strictly for the purpose of enforcing the configured rules.
5. Subscription & Payments
The Service is offered for an annual fee of USD 120. Payments are made via the methods shown in your dashboard; manual payments (crypto / bank transfer) are activated after the mentor verifies your proof of payment. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. No Financial Advice & Limitation of Liability
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradgovernor and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, broker or third-party (e.g. MetaApi, broker, network) failures, downtime, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Rule enforcement is provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or interrupted by factors outside our control.
7. Marketing Communications
If you opt in during signup, you consent to receive news, product updates, and offers via the channels you selected (Email, WhatsApp, and/or Telegram). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option where provided.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass or disable the risk rules, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
